The Phoenix PV120 Provisioning Van is a self contained vehicle for servicing the galleys of commercial aircraft with doorsill height of 98” to 108”. The van body is a standard 10’ x 8’ FRP body with doors in the front and rear. The van body is fixed and the platform raises. A parallelogram stair makes the transition between van body and platform. The unit has interior LED lighting and shelving for provisions. Work lights on all four corners of the box and one on the platform illuminate the work area for night operation. A suction pump is standard for removing water from beverage and galley coolers. The platform has tape switches that will automatically lower the unit if contact is made by the aircraft. There are also safety systems to prevent the unit from driving with the platform in the up position.
